Teal and Berry

I have never done this look before. As i was getting ready I thought it out in my head and just went with it...AND I LOVE IT. Prob one of my fave looks I've done on myself.

For the eyes I used a teal color I have in an unnamed palette, used a dark black on the outer corner, and a gold on the inner corner. When finished with that, I took some of the gold used on the inner corner and patted it in the middle of my lid to brighten up the teal and create more dimension.  I also applied Hard Candy's Glitteratzi eye gel in "Sky" into the middle of the lid where I applied the gold over the teal. I also used a very light brown to blend all the colors to avoid harsh lines.

For the lips I wanted a berry color. I applied Maybeline's Color Sensational Lipstain in #15 "Wink of Pink." A light layer of Revlon's Colorstay in #350 "Smooth Nude" was applied next. To top it off I mixed two lip glosses; one light pink, and a pale nude for shine.

Pumpkin Season

My boyfriend and I recently went to the Circleville Pumpkin Festival. The pumpkins inspired me to create this look!

Peachy Pink

This is an easy look. All you need are your favorite pinks and peaches. Peach and pink for the eyes, and pink for the cheeks and lips.

Supporting my man!

Yesterday I went to a concert to support my boyfriend (he raps) and my friend's band. The concert was a fundraiser for The Bridge Youth Ministries. So I was also there to support our youth program! This is the look I did. NYX makes beautiful palettes. This look's eye makeup was made from NYX Runway Collection. This palette has gorgeous, pigmented shades. The palette actually belongs to my sister (I got her it for Christmas), but I use it from time to time. It is a good buy that I would recommend to all, especially for the white shadow in it (best white, in my opinion, I've ever used). You can see the white on my inner corner.

The cheeks were done with a mixture "Heartbreaker" by ULTA, and a NYC colorwheel in pink.

My lips have a coat of Revolon's "Smooth Nude," layered with "Classy" by ELF. Topped with "Babe Pink" gloss by Ultimate Face.

I Will add photos/videos of my boyfriends performance later, but here are samples of his music.

Disco Diva

This look revolved around my love for NYX glitter liner called "Disco Ball." It is one of my favorite items in my makeup collection. Since I love this look so much it is common for me to do on a regular basis.

Here you can see the eye from a closer view. Unfortunately, I am out of lashes right now, but just imagine how amazing they would be here!

The cheeks were contoured, and I first used a coral blush towards the hair line, and faded it into a pink towards the apples. some might not like how strong the color is towards the hairline, but I love it like that!

And for the lips I first applied a pale pink lip liner, followed by a nude lipstick that had a slight orange undertone. After that a pale pink was applied, followed by a little more of the nude color around the cupids bow and roundest part of my lower lip. Gloss was applied in middle of my lips to finish it off.

Clowning Around

Today I decided to make a demented clown look. I even rotted my teeth for it. I only wish i had some contacts to wear here.  It is a bit ruff because I was in a hurry to do it. If I decide to do it again it will be done right and re-posted to be seen!

This look called for:
  • clown white
  • baby poweder
  • gel eyeliner
  • eyeshadow
  • liquid latex
  • tissue paper
  • tooth enamel paint
  • face paint

Drop Dead Fun!

I have been feeling inspired by the Halloween atmosphere! I haven't really celebrated much of Halloween since I was a little girl, but this time of year sure makes me sit in my bedroom and try out looks just for the fun of it. On Monday I decided to do a sort of evil dead girl look and this is it. What do you think?

Below Are closeup of the wounds. I used liquid latex, tissue paper, a bobby pin, face paint, and eyeshadow.
